Orange glow spindle

This is a larger drop spindle than my others. This is one I use fairly often - it has some heft and spins for a good long while. It's a simple one really - two toy wheels with some fancy parts, a 12" dowel, and glow in the dark paint. I gave the spindle about 3 coats of orange toned glow in the dark paint, then rubbed metallic silver over that. I finished it off with a few coats of poly varnish. It really does glow in the dark!
